We are passionate about providing you with an excellent service in a relaxing environment as well as an opportunity to unwind in the capable hands of the Urban Beauty team. Urban Beauty is managed and owned by Joanne Stoddart and Shelly Boyle, offering you 9 years of beauty therapy experience. |
| Appointments: |
It is not always necessary to book n appointment, but if you do, we invite you to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This way we can get you settled into the salon and introduce you to your therapist. |
| Gift Vouchers: |
Gift vouchers are available for any treatment or amount. Buy in salon or over the phone. |
| Courses: |
All courses of six treatments booked and paid for in advanced will be charged at the price of five. |
| Cancellation Policy: |
We are sure you will appreciate that a minimum of 12 hours notice should be given for any cancelled appointment. |
